Do you store my contact list?

Only as long as we need to validate it. We don’t add it to anything else, and we don’t share it. After delivery you can ask for permanent deletion.

How long does a contact validation run take?

Usually within 24–48 hours of receiving the file. Larger lists may take a little longer — we’ll tell you upfront.

Do you provide proof of opt-in or consent?

No — that remains your responsibility. We validate technical reachability and WhatsApp registration, not consent. See the compliance note below.

What about privacy and compliance?

We process the list on your instruction. Local privacy and marketing laws still apply to your campaigns: you need valid consent or another lawful basis before sending marketing messages.

What format do I send the list in?

CSV or Excel works. We accept common international mobile formats and normalise to E.164.

What do I get back?

A cleaned list of validated WhatsApp numbers, plus a short report breaking down duplicates, invalid formats, landlines, and numbers not registered on WhatsApp.
